These Terms of Use (“Terms”) and End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) form a legal agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “end-user”) and Jung Erzsebet E.V. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Glora mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) and End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) form a legal agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “end-user”) and Jung Erzsebet E.V. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Glora mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License Grant Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely on Apple-branded devices that you own or control and only as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Apple App Store License Terms This license is limited, non-transferable, and granted solely for use of the Glora App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and only as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store Usage Rules. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any updates, except as permitted by applicable law.
Relationship with Apple This EULA is between you and Jung Erzsebet E.V., not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce these Terms against you.
Glora is a mobile app that analyzes and scores your Instagram profile using six key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, activity, profile photo, bio quality, follower count, and post quality. Based on these scores, the App offers general and personalized improvement tips, including access to an AI Coach for tailored recommendations.
To use the App, you must log in via your Instagram account through the Meta API. By doing so, you grant us permission to access and analyze publicly available data from your Instagram profile.

Glora is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you gain full access to all features of the App. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
In addition to the recurring subscription, you may purchase extra scan credits on-demand. These are activated immediately after payment.
Glora offers auto-renewable in-app purchase subscriptions managed through your Apple ID account.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may vary in other currencies or regions.
Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Payment & Management
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
Trial Periods & Plan Changes
If offered, free trials convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends. Upgrades, downgrades, or plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
The App, its design, content, and all intellectual property are owned solely by Jung Erzsebet E.V. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, especially in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

The App and related documentation are “Commercial Items,” consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation,” as defined in 48 C.F.R. § 2.101. Government end-users receive only those rights granted to all other users
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hungary unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws..
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
